Skill is equivalent to money

Skill is equivalent to money, Corporates should take initiative in skilling the youth so that he is able to make a living in a dignified way on a long term basis.

It is widely known that the three things needed for a person to be successful in his career are ASK i.e. Attitude, Skill & Knowledge. While all three are important possibly Skill equals money.

It can be seen that more skillful a person, more he is in demand. And as the demand for him or rather his skills increase, his monetary value also increases. Thus, a good sports player, actor, singer, manager etc keep getting paid highly. Similarly, blue collar workers like plumbers, electricians, automobile mechanics, masons, carpenters, house painters, drivers, tailors, service technicians etc. are always in demand if they possess good skills.
One of the important criteria for a Skillful person to be successful is the availability of opportunity. It is important that the society at large provides this opportunity to these persons.

In today’s world, on one side the industry rues that they do not get enough Skilled persons & on the other side there are large number of unemployed youth. The Corporate world can work with various Educational Institutes, NGO’s & other stakeholders to skill this youth. This can address both the concerns - one of unemployment & second of providing skillful manpower to the industry.

Globalskill – The Skill Education app has taken up the initiative to skill the underprivileged youth so that he gets an employment. The app has the following features: -
