Trainers – Be ready for the paradigm shift from Offline to Online Training.

‘Work from home’ is going to be the new normal. Similarly, ‘Online Training’ will be the new normal for the Training industry.

The Trainers should adapt to this & conduct Online trainings along with Offline courses.

They can conduct Webinars or prepare Video Content courses. The advantages would be:-

1)    A large audience across the country and the world. This will increase their earning capability as well as branding.

2)    They can create video content courses which can keep earning for them throughout their life. It could work like a pension. 

Some of the online courses have sold in huge numbers. Apart from this the Trainers can have students across the world. 

Given below are the earnings of an ‘Excel course’ on Udemy platform as an example. 

Cost - Rs.700  

Students enrolled - 95,000 

Revenue generated - Rs.6.65 crores 

Trainers earnings – 25% or more – Rs.1.66 crores plus. 

Trainers can earn humongous amounts if their course is good.

Now is the best time to prepare the Video content course as you must be operating from home. Just use a camera or a good mobile phone & start shooting. 

If you are preparing the courses in local languages then you cannot post them on Udemy. You will have to post them on Globalskill - The Skill Education app.
